Transitioning Into A New Career

During one of his conferences in London, British lifestyle philosopher Roman Krznaric said that “Finding fulfilling work is a bit like finding a lover”, and he couldn’t be more right.

It seems clear that finding a fulfilling career is not an easy task. It is, in fact, more of an art than a science. There is no simple process, methodology or vocational test that can provide you with an answer without a considerable margin of error. The only way you can find your true calling is by trial and error, experimentation and learning.

In the following 15-minute video, Krznaric talks about five ideas that he considers essential for a career change.
